At ToonMantra, every figure that leaves our warehouse is packed to survive the journey — not just reach you. Here's everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team begins quality-checking and packing your figure(s) right away. Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). During sale periods, new launches, or high order volume days, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you updated if that happens.
Our Shipping Partners
We work with reliable courier networks to get your order to you safely, including Delhivery, DTDC, and other trusted logistics partners depending on your location and the nature of the product. Fragile or high-value collectibles may be routed through partners best suited for safe handling.
How Long Will Delivery Take?
Delivery timelines depend on where you're located. Here's a general breakdown by region:
Fastest delivery (2–3 days): Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand
Standard delivery (4–5 days): Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Telangana, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Goa, Jammu & Kashmir, Puducherry, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, Andaman and Nicobar Islands
Extended delivery (6–8 days): Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, Kerala, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya
Remote / extended-network areas (9–11 days): Mizoram, Manipur, and other locations with limited courier serviceability
These are estimated timelines based on past shipping data, not guarantees. Actual delivery may be quicker or slower depending on your exact pin code, courier load, weather, local holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp using the contact details you provided at checkout. You can use this to follow your package in real time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery location, and will be clearly shown before you complete your payment. We periodically run free-shipping promotions, which will be displayed on the Site when active.
What Could Cause a Delay?
While we do everything on our end to ship fast, delivery timelines can occasionally be affected by things outside our control, such as:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address/contact details provided at checkout
- Customer unavailability at the time of delivery attempts
- Courier network disruptions, regional restrictions, or non-serviceable pin codes
- Natural events, strikes, regional holidays, or other force majeure circumstances
ToonMantra is not liable for delivery delays caused by the factors above. If your shipment seems unusually delayed beyond the estimated window, please reach out to us and we'll help track it down.
Packaging
Because we sell collectibles, packaging matters as much as the product. Every order is padded and boxed specifically to protect figures, statues, and accessories during transit. If you ever receive an order with visibly damaged outer packaging, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps on documenting and reporting it.
