Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love every figure you bring home. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as it explains exactly how damages, defects, and wrong items are handled.
All Products Are Non-Returnable
Due to the collectible and limited nature of our products, all items sold on ToonMantra are final sale and non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size/scale expectations, or personal preference once an order has been placed and delivered.
We strongly encourage you to carefully review product images, descriptions, dimensions, and details before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before purchasing.
Replacement for Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
While we do not accept general returns, we want to make things right if something goes wrong on our end. We offer a replacement (not a refund) if:
- The item arrives visibly damaged or broken
- The item is defective (manufacturing fault)
- You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered)
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
- Record an unboxing video of your order as you open it, without cuts or edits
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Heytoonmantra@gmail.com with your unboxing video, clear photos of the issue, and your order number
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery, or without a valid unboxing video, will not be eligible for replacement.
Please note:
- Minor variations in paint, color tone, or finish between product photos and the item received are normal due to manufacturing batches and screen display differences, and do not qualify as damaged or defective.
- All quantities, scale, and accessories included are mentioned in the product title or description. Any assumption beyond what is listed will not be entertained.
How Replacement Works
Once your claim is submitted, our team will review your unboxing video and photos. If approved:
- We will arrange a reverse pickup of the damaged/defective/wrong item at no cost to you, where serviceable
- A replacement of the same product will be shipped to you once the original item is received back, subject to stock availability
- If the same product is out of stock, we will offer you a refund to your original payment method, or store credit, at your choice
Approved refunds (where a replacement isn't possible) will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount.
Damaged in Transit
In the rare case your package arrives visibly damaged on the outside (crushed box, torn packaging, etc.), please note the damage with the delivery courier if possible, and contact us immediately at Heytoonmantra@gmail.com with photos/video.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped, by contacting us at Heytoonmantra@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Pre-order or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once sourcing or production has begun.
